Alongside the 13-shoe collection that was unveiled in Paris, Nike also presented the A.I.R (Athlete Imagined Revolution) concept collection which explored the infinite potential of footwear design with Nike Air. 12 models were presented all generated using AI combined with Sport Research Lab’s data and athlete’s insights. Victor Wembamyama’s model reflected his “Alien” persona, the concept shoe featuring extraterrestrial design elements with the organic “bumps” covering the sides and an oversized Air unit. While the shoes presented were purely conceptual, it does potentially give an idea on what Wemby’s shoe may look like in the near future.
