Although Kyrie Irving won’t suit up for the remainder of the season, his shoe line is yet to take a breather. With the Kyrie Low 3 newly releasing and additional colourways of the main Kyrie line set to release, Kyrie’s signature line has arguably been the busiest line since the restart of the NBA season. Amongst the Kyrie lines, the most notable shoe is the Kyrie S2 Hybrid, a mixture of the Kyrie 4, 5 and 6. After debuting in China, new colourways are emerging, with the latest colourway being a USA themed colourway.
Dubbed “What The USA”, the colourway is inspired by Team USA 2010, 2014 and 2016, the teams in which Kyrie Irving represented USA in the Olympics. Using the colours from the US flag as its palette, the blue, red and white tie dye patterns decorate the whole upper. The tie dye print is complemented by gold accents on the Kyrie’s logo and the Swoosh to mark Team USA’s successful gold medal campaigns.
The shoe is set to release in Taiwan on August 8th.
