This week, WOW, Dwyane Wade’s brand under Li-Ning officially unveiled the Miami Heat legend’s 9th signature shoe. Like last year, the Way of Wade 9 will be available in two versions, an ordinary version and a “Infinity” version.
Both versions feature different implementations of Li-Ning’s running technology which has the midsole use Jiang structural technology and Beng midsole for optimal cushioning. However, the “Infinity” version does come with better cushioning as it uses thicker foams and a “Boom” insole replacing the standard insole of the WOW9. The “Infinity” also takes on a high-cut silhouette and uses a BOA fit system instead of standard lacing.
The WOW9 Infinity “Announcement” colourway will release on January 23rd exclusively in China. The white colourways featured in the article, the WOW9 “305” and the WOW9 Infinity “Balance”, are yet to have a release date.
