Following the leak of the Anthony Edwards 1, images of the Trae Young 3.0s have also surfaced. Compared to the last two models which used a single body upper, a separate tongue has been introduced. The design language of the upper has also subtly changed as the 3.0 focuses more on performance with its support cables and an external heel counter. Downstairs, the midsole sports a unique topographic structure similar to the Adilette 22 slides. For the outsole, the herringbone traction pattern dominates the majority of the surface, with thin narrow nubs positioned underneath the ball of the forefoot. Much like the 2.0, the Trae Young 3.0 will release around the start of the 23-24 NBA Season.
