With the NBA season set to restart in a few weeks, Converse is debuting the All Star BB Evo. While retaining the silhouette of the original All Star Pro BB, the All Star BB Evo comes with a few improvements to give the wearer the ability to “move nimbly and react to create space on the court”.
Upper

The materials used to construct the upper is split in half with the medial side using engineered lofted mesh for breathability and comfort. The lateral side features a textile material for support and stability. The height of the shoe has been changed to give greater flexability. Zonal padding is also used around the collar for extra stability.
Midsole Cushion Set-up

The All Star BB Evo features the same cushion set-up as the All Star Pro BB using a drop-in React midsole which allows greater responsiveness off the floor while retaining a low profile.
Outsole

The All Star BB Evo uses the same outsole as the All Star Pro BB. The diamond lug traction curves around the side of the shoe for all-over traction.
Price and Release Date
The All Star BB Evo will drop on the Converse webstore on August 1st for $115.
