The Nike is set to release a successor to the successful budget model, the Nike Zoom Rize. Worn by players like Ben Simmons and Kevin Love, the Zoom Rize was a popular model by many basketball players due to its high-top supportive upper and the large Air Zoom bag in the forefoot.
Upper

The Zoom Rize 2 comes in a low-top, compromising stability for better movement and flexibility. The upper is a thick performance mesh featuring a standard lacing system.
Midsole Cushion Set-up

The Zoom Rize 2 also comes with a large bottom-loaded forefoot Air Zoom unit like its predecessor. The phylon midsole is decoupled directing impact onto the Air Zoom unit allowing better impact protection. A TPU piece encases the side of the Air Zoom unit for stability and curves around the side and the bottom of the midsole for lateral containment and to act as a shank plate.
Outsole

The outsole features a similar pattern to the previous Zoom Rize. However, this time the grooves look thicker resulting in longevity outdoors. The large groove in the forfoot area increases the flexibility of the shoe, improving heel to toe transition.
Price and Release Date
Usually, the price of budget lines rarely change and given the lack of improvement in material or tech, the price of the Zoom Rize 2 will be around the original price of the Zoom Rise. The Zoom Rise 2 released in select Asian countries so expect a release on the State-side soon.
